Adaptyv is building an automated lab where AI agents run biology experiments. We are expanding rapidly and seek a hands-on Business Operations intern or working student to join our Lausanne team, directly collaborating with founders and operations.

You will help streamline workflows, onboard customers, and support lab expansion efforts. The role requires high initiative, comfort switching tasks, and a genuine interest in life sciences.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program. A background in biology is not essential.
• A genuine interest in the life sciences is important if you're from another field.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed. You spot problems before anyone asks and take action.
• Strong with AI tools, especially Claude Code or Codex. You use them to build real workflows.
• Hands-on, organized, and reliable. You follow through and keep things tidy.
• Thrives in a dynamic role with changing priorities and multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Use AI tools to improve workflows that are still manual, messy, or slow.
• Help onboard new customers to our platform.
• Support finance administration.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with lab expansion logistics for the Lausanne lab.
• Support events, customer visits, and internal coordination.
• Build lightweight tools and automations using Claude Code, Python, Notion, or no-code tools.
