Adaptyv is building an automated wet-lab environment in Lausanne. You will ensure stock, orders, and shipping run smoothly to support AI-driven biology experiments. This hands-on role requires coordinating with the Lab Manager and scientists to prevent stockouts and disruptions.

We value organized, reliable lab technicians who can operate in a fast-paced startup. You will work on-site daily, helping scale a growing lab and setting up a new space as we expand.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on lab experience required.
• Ability to track dozens of items, orders and inventory.
• Based in Lausanne on-site; willingness to relocate if needed.
• Fluent in French and English are useful for suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Keep the lab stocked: receive deliveries, store at correct temperatures, reflect inventory in the system.
• Place and chase orders; resolve shipment issues.
• Manage shipping: cold chain, dry ice, customs, couriers.
• Support scientists at the bench: protein handling, lab software tracking.
• Coordinate instrument servicing and maintenance with vendors.
• Maintain safety, waste disposal and organized workspace.
• Keep office and team running: supplies and new-starter setups.
• Assist in setting up new lab space as it expands.
