Adaptyv is hiring a Founders Associate to own the operational backbone as we scale. You'll move between finance, customer operations, hiring, supplier relationships, and lab logistics, turning ad hoc work into scalable systems.

You'll work with Claude Code, Python, Notion and no-code tools to automate critical processes and drive the company forward in Lausanne. Start Date: ASAP, on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of delivering outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to own problems end-to-end and build scalable processes.
• Experience with AI tooling to automate workflows.

• Rebuild workflows using AI tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Own customer onboarding and scale the customer base.
