Job summary

Adaptyv in Lausanne is seeking a hands-on Lab Operations Associate to manage stocked items, receive deliveries, and keep the inventory accurate. You will work closely with the Lab Manager and scientists to ensure supplies, reagents, and equipment stay on track.

This role mixes bench work with logistics: ordering, shipping, calibration coordination, and keeping safety and organization at the forefront while helping set up a new lab space.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience is required or preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-item tracking.
• Ability to anticipate shortages and act quickly.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lab stocked: receive deliveries, stock freezers, update inventory.
• Run day-to-day ordering and chase late deliveries.
• Handle shipping in and out: samples, reagents, equipment, and cold chain.
