Zusammenfassung

Bunge is seeking a Switzerland-based Service Delivery Specialist to ensure seamless BT services at the local level. This on-site role supports hardware, software, network, and end-user provisioning, with vendor coordination and project involvement.

You will manage incidents via ServiceNow, lead asset refreshes, and contribute to safer, more efficient technology operations in a global agribusiness. Fluent English and French are valuable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in an IT support role with operations and service delivery experience.
• Experience leading IT projects and strong communication skills.
• Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and BT asset management.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot operating systems and applications; resolve errors and assist users.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity; configure routers, switches, and access points; ensure network performance.
• Onboard/offboard users; configure equipment for new hires; reclaim equipment.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles for issue resolution.
• Coordinate with BT vendors, MSPs; manage procurement, invoices, and service delivery.
• Use ServiceNow to track and resolve user requests and incidents.
• Set up and maintain meeting room tech including AV and video conferencing.
• Support country/site-specific equipment and projects; participate in upgrades and migrations.
• Lead or participate in BT infrastructure projects and asset refresh cycles.
