G-20 Group in Zurich/London is seeking an IT Officer to support day‑to‑day IT operations across global offices. This hands‑on, early‑career role emphasizes device management, user administration and IT security within a fast‑paced financial services environment.

The position starts at 80% on‑site with potential to move to 100%. You must be able to work from either Zurich or London, be within commuting distance, and hold the right to work in Switzerland or the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT operations in financial services or fintech.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or SC-300/MS-102.
• Scripting basics in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 or regulated IT environments.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT support across global offices, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Manage devices and assets, inventories, licenses and SaaS subscriptions.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access revocation.
• Oversee endpoint management with MDM, security policies and updates.
• Support IT security initiatives and respond to phishing attempts.
• Maintain IT records, change logs and audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001.
• Document procedures and look for process improvements.
