Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations or NOC environments.
• Strong understanding of network, server and storage basics.
• Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail.
• German language proficiency at least B2 level is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line monitoring and operational support in NOC.
• Correlate events, triage incidents, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Create, update and manage tickets per procedures.
• Escalate incidents with clear handover information.
• Support incident coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Follow standard operating procedures and governance.
