We are seeking an Monitoring Operator (8×5) to provide first-line monitoring and operational support within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment. The role focuses on infrastructure monitoring, event correlation, alert management, incident triage, basic troubleshooting, and timely escalation to ensure reliable service operations.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL® 4 Foundation

Language Requirement

German language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory. Ability to participate in technical discussions, incident coordination, service reviews, change-related communication, and day-to-day operational interactions with German-speaking stakeholders and customer teams.

Citizenship Requirement

Applicants must hold Swiss citizenship.

Location

Winterthur area, Switzerland Candidates should be based in, or regularly available within, the Winterthur region to support local operational alignment, customer engagement, coordination with onsite and remote-hands teams, and participation in service, governance, and escalation meetings as required.
