MSC Cruises is seeking a Newbuild Experience Development & Delivery Manager to shape guest experiences from concept to execution across our fleet. You will partner with hotel ops, F&B, entertainment, retail, marketing, and design teams to turn insights into actionable concepts in the unique shipboard environment.

You will drive clarity, structure, and momentum in complex, cross-functional programs, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and executive-ready card narratives.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in strategy, innovation, or strategic project management.
• Experience in hospitality, cruise, retail, or guest experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to design and deliver guest-focused experiences from concept to delivery.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; executive-level confidence.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Aufgaben

• Define, develop, and deliver future guest experiences from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with Hotel Operations, F&B, Entertainment, Retail, Marketing, Newbuild, Architecture, and Design.
• Create clear narratives and deliverables for leadership forums.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life on ships.
