Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in designing onboard guest experiences.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale guest-facing physical experience projects.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer journey development.

• Champion guest-centric experiences that enhance satisfaction.
• Manage project plans and stakeholder expectations.
