MSC Cruises seeks a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to elevate onboard boutique environments across Fashion & Accessories, Watches, Jewelry and Beauty segments. You will lead visual storytelling, establish premium display standards and coordinate with brand partners to maximize guest engagement and sales across the fleet.

With 8+ years in luxury VM, you will drive global strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel internationally to support new openings and refurbishments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising within luxury fashion, premium retail or travel retail.
• Strong experience working with internationally recognized luxury and premium brands.
• Experience developing visual merchandising standards across multiple stores or international markets.

Aufgaben

• Lead all visual merchandising activities for fashion-and-luxury boutiques across onboard environments.
• Develop and implement global VM standards reflecting each brand's positioning and commercial goals.
• Coordinate brand display furniture, point-of-sale materials and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and brand partners to optimize store layouts and presentation.
• Ensure luxury retail standards with feasible onboard execution and guest experience.
