Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own the finance tech stack, including NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment. You will drive integrations, automation, and internal controls for a fast‑growing, international AI business from a remote location in Europe.

You will lead system architecture, entity setup, and implementation while collaborating with Finance, Data, and Automation teams to prepare for public‑company requirements and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment.
• Strong NetSuite technical skills: SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, release mgmt.
• Experience owning ERP or billing system implementation or migration.
• Understanding Stripe data flows into ERP and revenue recognition support.
• Design, build and maintain integrations via iPaaS platforms or code.
• Strong SQL, data flow troubleshooting, automated reconciliations and alerts.
• Knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C processes and financial controls.
• Collaborate with accountants, engineers, data specialists, and auditors.
• AI-first mindset with regular use of AI tools; automate repetitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end finance systems landscape, strengthening integrations, automation, and controls.
• Lead NetSuite administration across multi‑subsidiary setup and governance.
• Design automated month‑end close with exception-driven processes.
• Manage new tool evaluations, entity setups, and global expansions.
• Build AI-powered workflows for finance operations with Automation/Data teams.
• Support pricing model changes, new geographies, and audit readiness.
