Job summary
Jobgether SRL seeks an Onboarding Engineer to lead the technical implementation and coordination of customer onboarding in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will work across onboarding, customer success, and engineering to resolve challenges and deliver a consistent customer experience, building scalable processes, documentation, and metrics.
You will collaborate across teams to drive successful onboardings from kickoff to go-live, influence product adoption, and help ensure long-term
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success engineering.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, technical configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers and presenting plans to leadership.
- Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical setup of customer onboarding including API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication, and security setup.
- Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
- Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and configuration challenges.
- Develop and maintain onboarding runbooks, guides, and technical documentation.
