Jobgether SRL is seeking an FP&A Lead based in Switzerland to own the central financial planning and analysis function for a fast-growing AI technology business. You’ll build a driver-based company model, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and develop monthly reporting for executives and the board.

You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights and shape capital allocation, hiring, and strategic spending in a hands-on role as the company prepares for an IPO.

• Demonstrated hands-on FP&A experience in a high-growth tech environment.
