Job summary

Startupvalleys in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, seeks a Customer Service Representative to advocate for internal and external customers and to support day-to-day order management with the goal of shipping all orders on time and in full. You will represent the company, process sales orders, confirm product availability, manage stock allocations, coordinate deliveries, and handle inquiries and credits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Customer Service experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Fluent in German, English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent company to external and internal customers and provide stellar service.
• Process sales orders in the ERP and confirm product availability; manage stock and allocation issues.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time, coordinate deliveries and follow up on inquiries.
• Liaise with management regarding credits, QA complaints, and lost shipments; approve returns.
• Coordinate pricing allowances and special quotes; communicate weekly open orders to field teams.
