Job summary

Accelleron is seeking an Order Processing specialist for its High Speed Division in Baden, Switzerland. You will manage the full order-to-cash cycle, entry of orders in SAP, and coordination with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a commercial or technical background, several years of experience, and fluency in German and English, with Excel and Power BI proficiency preferred. A modern office with flexible working and smart working options is offered.

Qualifications

• German and English skills are a must.
• Experience in order processing SAP R/3 SD Module & preferable in S4Hana.
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers through the order-to-cash cycle.
• Import monthly evaluated customer forecasts into SAP to align production and logistics.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately in SAP and collaborate with logistics for on-time deliveries.
