Optotune in Switzerland (Zürich area) seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide reliable day-to-day end-user support, device management, and Microsoft 365 administration for our local team. You will onboard/offboard staff, configure laptops and mobile devices, manage licenses, and assist with on-site infrastructure while coordinating with the central Infrastructure Team in Slovakia.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or service desk.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and user management.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and workplace technology.
• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories for new employees and manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, group memberships, and support applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Maintain meeting room equipment, printers, and other office IT systems to ensure reliable daily operation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint connectivity issues, escalating complex incidents to the central Infrastructure Team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware lifecycle activities, including replacements and warranty repairs.
• Coordinate with local IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, equipment deliveries, and on-site support activities.
• Provide hands-on support for infrastructure equipment, cabling, and other local IT tasks under the guidance of the central Infrastructure Team.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and support tickets in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow company IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and established support processes while contributing to continuous service improvement.
