Zusammenfassung

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior M365 Consultant in Romandie-Switzerland, hybrid work model. You will design, implement, and evolve modern Microsoft 365 workplaces, spanning collaboration, security, endpoint management, and data protection, while partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Managed Services.

Strong certifications and customer-facing skills are essential. You will lead workshops, guide architecture decisions, and help shape governance for Copilot readiness in enterprise environments.

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in a consulting, architecture, or technical delivery role at senior level.
• Broad, generalist understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the ability to connect collaboration, security, device management, compliance, and AI/Copilot scenarios end to end.
• Strong practical knowledge in several areas: Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive; Defender; Intune; Entra ID; Purview; Copilot governance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and technical consulting across the Microsoft 365 stack with a senior, generalist perspective on modern workplace solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement solutions across collaboration, security, endpoint management, and data protection.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Managed Services, and cross-regional delivery centers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Plan and conduct workshops, assessments, and presentations for customers; support Pre-Sales phase and contribute to proposals.
