Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Account Farmer (Meta) based in Switzerland for a fully remote role. You will manage Meta advertising accounts, ensure operational readiness, and coordinate with suppliers and external partners to support media buying activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta account infrastructure, activation services, and CRM/ticketing tools. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills are essential for success in this fully remote,

Qualifications

• Experience in account farming or media buying support involving Meta advertising infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Meta account types: advertising accounts, Business Managers, Facebook profiles.
• Ability to configure proxy and VPN solutions to support workflows.
• Experience using CRM systems and task trackers to manage partner interactions.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for portfolio and balance tracking.
• Knowledge of activation services (SMS, email) for verification workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Meta advertising accounts, ensuring availability and readiness for media buying.
• Evaluate account quality and ensure resources meet operational requirements.
• Maintain secure access permissions and monitor account security.
• Coordinate with account sellers and external suppliers to build the account portfolio.
• Monitor deposit balances with external counterparties and address discrepancies.
• Provide operational support to media buyers across account types and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate workflows and use task systems to track progress and priorities.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve farming workflows and efficiency.
• Manage multiple suppliers and requests simultaneously with accuracy.
