Job summary

Jobgether SRL is assisting a partner seeking a Creative Marketing Manager based in Switzerland. In this role you will shape creative concepts for a wellness product, mainly for Meta platforms, collaborating with designers and editors to turn insights into compelling campaigns across international markets.

You will research competitors, test ad ideas, and optimize campaigns with data-driven decisions. The position offers fully remote work with flexible hours and a focus on English-speaking

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop persuasive, audience-focused messages.
• Experience creating advertising concepts, campaigns, or marketing strategies.
• Ability to research competitors and translate findings into insights.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytical skills with a focus on testing and improvement.
• Good understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience with international markets, especially the United States or Europe.
• Health, wellness, lifestyle, or self-improvement experience is essential; not Ukrainian market-only.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative advertising concepts for paid campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research competitors, market trends, and high-performing ads in health, wellness, lifestyle, and self-improvement sectors.
• Create concepts for video and image ads, including user-generated content (UGC) formats.
• Write compelling hooks, headlines, primary ad copy, and messaging tailored to different audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate different concepts and angles.
• Analyze creative performance and recommend data-informed improvements.
• Develop fresh ideas for product positioning and adapt concepts to different markets.
