Richemont Switzerland invites a motivated Master’s student to a 6-month internship in the M&A Department starting 04.01.2027. You will support deal reviews, prepare company profiles and investment memos, and assist with financial analyses to inform go/no-go decisions.

You will gain exposure to valuation work, manage meetings, take minutes, and contribute to market updates in the luxury goods space. Fluency in English and strong numerical skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s student in Finance, Business Administration or Management with GPA ≥3.65/4
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with knowledge of corporate finance and valuation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Department, supports the Group in the execution of key corporate development projects, including, among others, joint ventures, equity transactions, acquisitions, mergers and disposals, as well as related post-merger integration processes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a 6-month internship position with start date 04.01.2027.

In line with this, your responsibilities would include:

• Support the M&A team in the review of potential investment opportunities: preparation of company profiles as well as investment memos to inform go/no-go decisions
• Assist the M&A team in financial and valuation analysis depending on deal type and stage of target’s development
• Assist in the management of key M&A and integration projects (organisation of key meetings, preparation of related materials and analysis, etc.)
• Contribute to the consolidation and management of the proprietary intelligence resources, including regular updates of transaction and trading comparable multiples
• Monitor relevant M&A news, market insights or competitors updates in the luxury goods space, preparing relevant alerts and updates for the management
• Attend relevant meetings, take minutes and ensure that follow-up actions are completed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You are a Master’s student in a Business school or university, with a specialisation in Finance, Business Administration or Management (minimum GPA 3.65/4 or equivalent)
• You have strong analytical and numerical skills, including some knowledge of corporate finance and valuation
• You are highly motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills
• You are a team player
• You are rigorous, reliable and pay attention to details
• You have some knowledge and a strong interest in the luxury goods industry
• You are proficient in Microsoft office programs
• You are fluent in English
• Previous internship experience in finance to be considered a strong plus
• Highly discreet - absolute trust and confidentiality required
• Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
