Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Master’s degree and seeking a 6-month internship.
• First experience in e-commerce or digital project management.
• Exposure to luxury industry or fine watchmaking is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; another language is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate editorial calendar with the Content and Omnichannel Experience Project Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and markets to ensure on-time content and activations.
• Support catalog maintenance and online product launches.
• Monitor user experience and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve website content for SEO and monitor impact.
• Assist in monitoring and improving retail digital tools.
• Build and maintain regular reports and track tickets with IT and external partners.
• Participate in testing phases (UAT) for new features.
• Document processes and best practices for retail digital tools.
• Ad-hoc tasks within the broader retail function.
