Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre is offering a 6-month internship in Geneva/Meyrin to support the Content and Omnichannel Experience team. You will coordinate the editorial calendar, collaborate with marketing, product and markets, and help maintain product catalogs and online launches.

The role includes improving user experience, optimizing content for SEO, and contributing to retail digital tools documentation. English and French fluency are required; experience in e-commerce or digital PM is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate editorial calendar with the Content and Omnichannel Experience Project Manager to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and markets to guarantee on-time content and activations delivery.
• Contribute to catalog maintenance (product updates, assortments, visibility) and support online product launches.
• Monitor user experience, benchmark best-in-class websites and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve our website content for SEO and monitor impact.
• Support the team in monitoring and improving retail digital tools; assist in building and maintaining regular reports.
• Follow up on tickets and coordinate with IT and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in testing phases (UAT) for new features and tools enhancements.

WHAT ABOUT YOU ?

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree and are looking for a 6-month internship. You have a first experience in e-commerce or digital project management. Exposure to the luxury industry or fine watchmaking is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and French; another language is a strong advantage.
• You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a high level of rigor, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
