Jobgether is partnering with a client seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing based in Switzerland. Lead development and execution of influencer strategies for B2C brands across the DACH region, shaping creator-led campaigns that engage audiences and deliver measurable results.

You will own creator management, craft compelling campaign concepts and scripts, and work closely with company founders to drive creative excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally within a marketing agency or brand environment.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
• Ability to translate objectives into engaging content ideas and scripts.
• Keen trend awareness and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies for major brands across DACH.
• Oversee creator-related processes and collaboration with influencers throughout campaigns.
