Enovis Corporation is seeking a Project Lead for Enabling Technologies in Switzerland to drive the launch and ongoing deployment of ARVIS. You will guide cross-functional teams across sites, ensure readiness, and support future ET solutions in a fast-paced medical technology environment.

The role requires deep clinical collaboration, strong program management, and an emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining adherence to international standards and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, life sciences, business)
• 7–10 years of MedTech experience with surgical technologies, navigation, robotics or capital equipment
• Proven track record in product launches, clinical support or field operations, cross-functional coordination

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end launch of ARVIS Limited Market Release (LMR) and early launch phases
• Oversee training of surgeons, OR teams and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics and site readiness
• Assess and validate hospital and surgeon readiness prior to go-live
• Monitor utilisation and identify barriers to adoption
• Support expansion of ET and digital solutions across accounts
