Job summary

Enovis seeks an ET Project Lead in Switzerland to own the disciplined launch of ARVIS and ensure market deployment of Enovis Enabling Technologies. This role evolves into long-term ownership of the ET portfolio, including digital and robotic platforms.

You will drive cross-functional readiness, coordinate training for surgeons and OR teams, and align local deployment with international standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of MedTech experience in surgical technologies, navigation, robotics or capital equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as stated in education.
• Proven track record launching clinical support or field operations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ARVIS launch, coordinating milestones and site readiness.
• Train surgeons and OR teams; support initial cases for high-quality early experience.
• Coordinate system deployment and logistics, ensuring alignment with international standards.
• Govern readiness of hospitals and surgeons prior to go-live and support KOL engagement.
• Monitor utilization and drive continuous improvement in system use post-deployment.
• Support expansion of ET and digital solutions and advise on future technologies.
• Serve as the in-market interface with International ET Launch & Operations and ensure governance.
