Job summary

Sonova is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead embedded software development initiatives in Switzerland. You will drive cross-functional teams, aligning software, hardware and product timelines to ensure successful delivery from planning through release.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, budget oversight and the ability to translate complex technical topics for steering boards. Flexible hybrid work and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
3+ years leading projects in a software development environment, ideally embedded software.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and collaboration with software teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional embedded software project teams to deliver agreed milestones.
Own and manage project scope, budget, resources and timelines.
Plan and monitor project content, resources and costs with the project team.
Manage stakeholders and provide clear updates to steering boards and R&D teams.
Coordinate interfaces with hardware and product projects to ensure smooth integration.
Identify and mitigate risks, constraints and dependencies; escalate as needed.
