Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a Portfolio Execution & Lifecycle Management Manager for UCC in Eysins, Switzerland. You will partner with regional teams to drive product launches, optimize portfolios, ensure supply continuity, and support lifecycle decisions across multiple markets.

The role requires coordinating with country marketing, supply chain, and forecasting, traveling 30-50%, and ensuring on-site presence in the Vaud canton.

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Proven expertise in product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
• Successful track record of planning and delivering product launches.
• Experience collaborating across regional and country-level organizations.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate portfolio strategy into actionable launch plans.
• Lead execution of new product launch initiatives, campaigns, and deployment activities.
• Define country launch sequencing and coordinate market rollouts.
• Ensure commercial, market, and operational readiness across countries.
• Equip local teams with the tools, messaging, and resources needed for successful adoption.
• Handle portfolio rationalization, discontinuations, transitions, and lifecycle optimization.
• Partner closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability and mitigate supply risks.
• Drive deployment of portfolio execution plans across multiple markets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and find opportunities to improve commercial impact.
• Deliver compelling campaigns and communications aligned with regional strategic priorities.
