Qualifikationen

• University degree required with STEM or business focus.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally medtech or clinical.
• Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV or surgery preferred.
• Fluent German and English language skills required.
• Strong customer orientation with communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the region and understand hospital workflows.

Aufgaben

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to meet sales targets in Biosurgery.
• Provide comprehensive hospital support including product consultation and application.
• Introduce product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and decision-makers.
• Grow market share across the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Provide high-quality clinical and technical support during product use.
