Job summary

Medartis in Basel, Switzerland is seeking a Medical Education Inventory Associate to support Marketing, Medical Education, and Training events. You will manage requests, assemble sets, and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure timely preparation for tradeshows and surgeon presentations.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in a customer service warehouse environment, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service warehouse environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and action material requests via email, phone, and MySalesTrunk.
• Fulfill inventory requests of display surgical sets, lab sets, display materials, bone models and tradeshow materials.
• Assemble surgical and lab sets per request, verify contents, and pack for shipment.
• Maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets for surgical sets, lab sets, bone models and sawbones.
• Prepare packing lists and shipping labels, schedule pickups, and ship items on time.
• Track inventory shipments and returns, log items shipped, and recording return dates.
• Communicate with requestors to provide picklists, tracking numbers, and return requirements.
• Coordinate with Events to ensure materials are available for tradeshows and training programs.
• Respond within 24 hours regarding availability, alternatives, and required return dates.
• Learn configurations of all medical education trays and equipment to ensure proper use.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; handle bio-hazardous materials appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; perform other tasks as needed by management.
