Medartis in Basel, Switzerland is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Associate to join our growing team. You will receive and process stock, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate, timely handling of materials for our medical device manufacturing environment.

Key duties include verifying orders, stocking items, data entry into inventory software, labeling products, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Fluency in English, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license and speak English.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Ability to be safety conscious and highly organized.

Aufgaben

• Verify and validate picked orders.
• Stock items into proper locations as they are received.
• Pack customer orders for shipment or courier pickup.
• Enter data into inventory and logistics software programs.
• Label stockpile products according to size, shape and type.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by operations leadership.
• Previous work experience in a stock room or warehouse preferred.
