Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Product Manager Martech for a leading international healthcare and diagnostics company in the Zug Area to own marketing technology products from strategy through execution.

You will define roadmaps, manage backlogs, work with Scrum teams, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Analytics, and Engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Computer Science.
Minimum 5 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Marketing Technology (Martech).
Experience managing marketing platforms and digital products.
Strong understanding of Marketing Technology ecosystems and customer engagement platforms.
Proven Agile and Scrum experience including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
Ability to balance strategic product planning with hands-on execution.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data concepts.
Experience translating business requirements into product features and technical requirements.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for marketing technology solutions.
Own and prioritize the product backlog.
Create and refine user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Work with Scrum teams during sprint planning and execution.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Engineering functions.
Ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy.
