Job summary

RETAIL Experts in Geneva seeks a skilled, self-driven multilingual Sales/Client Advisor with luxury retail experience in watches & jewellery. You will act as brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service in-store and beyond.

You will meet sales targets, advise across product categories, develop client relationships, manage client data and events, and maintain brand standards while following store procedures.

Qualifications

• Luxury product sales experience is central.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
• Team player with pro-active attitude and excellent problem solving skills.
• Flexible and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets while identifying opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales.
• Advise clients across product categories, introducing add-on sales to maximize basket value.
• Incorporate strong product knowledge and storytelling in the sales process.
• Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships using clientelling tools.
• Capture customer information for database entry and promote events via email, phone, and notes.
• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service.
• Maintain knowledge of all product ranges and features/benefits.
• Understand competitive strengths and differentiate brand products in selling situations.
• Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and brand in-store display standards.
• Assist management with adherence to guidelines, security and procedures.
• Execute daily administrative tasks and support inventory processes.
• Manage customer complaints by coordinating with the line-manager.
