Luxury Experts is seeking a skilled and self-driven multilingual Sales/Client Advisor for a high-end flagship store in Geneva. The role requires delivering exceptional service and acting as brand ambassador to luxury clients.

You will meet sales targets, advise across product categories, build lasting client relationships, and drive clienteling using various tools while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail sales experience, preferably in watches/jewellery.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Strong interpersonal and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and identify new client opportunities.
• Advise clients across product categories with add-on sales.
• Develop client book and enter data in the database.
• Maintain knowledge of product ranges and brand guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints with line-manager support.
• Assist with inventory and administrative tasks.
