Job summary

A. Lange & Söhne in Geneva seeks an Ambassador of Watch Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences inside and outside the boutique.

You will engage with clients, build long-term relationships, and guide them through the full sales process while upholding brand standards. Reporting to the boutique leadership, you will support VIPs, manage CRM activities, and contribute to the launch of our future Flagship Boutique in Geneva, opening early 2027, with a small, dedicated team and a culture of

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is required or highly desirable.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong personal appearance and professionalism per brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal budgets in line with the brandRetail strategy.
• Maximize profit while controlling costs (discounts, expenses, commissions).
• Organize private viewings with potential VIPs in your region.
• Discuss business opportunities and action plans with the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
• Act as a reference in building action plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure excellence within and outside the boutique and maintain brand standards.
• Maintain client welcome and servicing and be a brand ambassador to Top VIPs.
• Develop product knowledge and be a reference for the Maison.
• Proactively participate in VIP orders and CRM-related activities.
• Assist in boutique stocktaking and replenishment to avoid discrepancies.
• Ensure proper maintenance of timepieces and boutique visuals.
• Handle credit card transactions and cash/register control.
• Ensure timely reporting to management and share best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in boutique trainings.
