Job summary

Vacheron Constantin seeks a passionate Client Advisor for its Geneva boutique to deliver a highly personalized, premium client experience and build long-term relationships with local and international guests.

You will act as a brand ambassador, sharing Haute Horlogerie knowledge and driving sales while upholding the Maison's service standards. The role requires collaboration, craftsmanship, and storytelling in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury goods retail or high-end hospitality experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidently navigate CRM databases to extract client insights and build proactive plans.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office and digital devices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized in-store journey and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales performance by achieving boutique turnover targets and effective upselling.
• Represent the Maison's heritage, share stories, and support boutique events and activations.
• Support flawless daily operations, visual merchandising, inventory, and back-office tasks.
