Job summary

Breitling in Luzern seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients at our Breitling Boutique, Grendelstrasse 9. You will contribute to the boutique's high standards, participate in events, and continuously expand product knowledge in a luxury environment.

You should be fluent in German and English, enjoy teamwork, and stay up to date with luxury trends. French is a plus and flexibility for events is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role within watch industry (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand clients' needs.
• Team player mentality and interest in luxury industry.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) required; French helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Maintain boutique standards with cleanliness and an appealing appearance.
• Capture meaningful customer data to personalize future opportunities.
• Attend ad-hoc client and company events.
