Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG in Uri, Switzerland seeks a guest-focused travel concierge to welcome walk-in and referred guests, clarify travel dates, group profiles, interests, accommodation wishes, budget and decision timing. You will present El Gouna and other destinations with storytelling; prepare proposals with partners and guide them to completion; maintain CRM and keep enquiries and bookings up to date.

Fluent German and English; Arabic a plus; 2–4 years in travel consulting; weekends/seasonal

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales or customer service.
• 2–4 years in travel consulting, reservations, concierge, luxury retail or premium hospitality.
• Experience in needs analysis, proposal preparation and booking coordination.
• Confident use of CRM, booking, payment and follow-up systems.
• Fluent German and English; Arabic a plus.

• Host guests with beverages and light hospitality per standards.
• Support hotel and concierge referrals, partner visits and seasonal campaigns.
• Escalate complex issues promptly and assist other areas as needed.

• You welcome walk-in and referred guests warmly and clarify travel dates, group profile, interests, accommodation wishes, budget and decision timing.
• You present El Gouna and other destinations with personal storytelling and approved materials.
• You explain hotels, experiences, packages, seasonal considerations and practical travel information clearly.
• You prepare travel proposals and bookings with our partners and guide them through to completion.
• You keep all enquiries, proposals, follow-ups and booking statuses accurate in the CRM.
• You keep guests informed while quotations, availability or partner confirmations are still pending.
• You host guests with beverages and light hospitality according to our standards.
• You support hotel and concierge referrals, partner visits, client events and seasonal campaigns.
• You handle routine service matters professionally and escalated complex issues in good time.
• Where needed, you also support other areas of Andermatt Experiences.

What you bring in

• Professional qualification in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales or another customer service discipline
• 2 to 4 years of experience in travel consulting, reservations, concierge, luxury retail or premium hospitality
• Experience in needs analysis, proposal preparation and booking coordination
• Confident use of CRM, booking, payment and follow-up systems
• First-hand El Gouna knowledge an advantage, otherwise willingness to familiarise
• A feel for premium hosting and culturally sensitive hospitality
• Fluent German and English, Arabic a plus
• Availability for weekends, events and seasonal peaks
