Moncler Zurich Flagship is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational support, optimize processes, and drive a superior client experience. You will oversee stock, Back of House, and team performance while ensuring compliance and consistency with brand standards.

The role requires managerial experience in luxury retail, strong inventory skills, and fluency in Swiss German and English, with a digital-first mindset and proficiency in Office and POS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Successful initial experience in a managerial role, ideally within structured luxury or retail organizations.
• Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, after-sales service, and customer relationship management is appreciated.
• Strong expertise in inventory management.
• Team leadership, recruitment, and talent development capabilities.
• Fluent in Swiss German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong digital mindset, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proven experience using payment and inventory management systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operational support activities and processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed objectives and support the sales team to maximize store performance.
• Manage and maintain store assets and ensure compliance with store procedures.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and operational excellence.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management to maintain optimal levels.
• Manage Back of House: coordinate shipments, stock management, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Organize and coordinate team efforts, clearly assigning responsibilities and ensuring objectives are achieved.
