Luxury Experts, partnering with a prestigious Swiss luxury Maison, seeks a Store Design lead to shape and elevate the brand's worldwide retail presence. You will drive the global retail vision and lead boutique, pop-up, and retail design projects across international markets, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the brand’s identity and uncompromising standards.

You will manage openings, renovations, and activations, coordinate with external partners, and oversee budgets and timelines

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design, or a closely related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience managing retail design projects within luxury retail, premium brands, hospitality, jewellery or watchmaking.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering multiple international projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Passion for luxury craftsmanship, design excellence, and brand storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Drive the Global Retail Vision by developing and evolving brand retail design concepts across formats.
• Lead international retail projects including new openings, renovations, relocations, and pop-ups.
• Coordinate with external architects, designers, suppliers and contractors throughout lifecycles.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, quality standards, and successful delivery.
• Partner with regional teams and retail partners to ensure global brand consistency while addressing local needs.
• Mentor a Retail Designer and foster collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
