Fusalp in Verbier, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead premium client experience and store performance across the Swiss network. Based in Verbier, you will drive clienteling, sales KPIs and day-to-day operations while supporting the Store Manager.

You will travel regularly between Fusalp boutiques in Switzerland to backfill and ensure business continuity, bringing luxury service and hands-on leadership to a growing international House.

Qualifikationen

• Premium or luxury retail experience with strong client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience supervising or supporting a retail team.
• Strong clienteling, sales targets and retail KPI knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and lead daily operations.
