Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks a motivated intern to join our Geneva team for a 6-month internship focused on website performance analysis, SEO monitoring, CRO, and retail digital operations. You will support monthly reporting, implement optimization tests, and collaborate with IT and external partners to improve digital tools.

You should be pursuing a Master’s degree with experience in e-commerce or digital analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in progress and seeking a 6-month internship.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or digital project management is a plus.
• Exposure to luxury industry or fine watchmaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver monthly performance reports; develop dashboards and insights.
• Perform SEO monitoring; track traffic and keywords; benchmark competitors.
• Define and implement CRO tests; analyze results; provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor Retail digital tools; build performance reports; coordinate with IT and partners.
• Participate in testing phases (UAT) for new features and tools; document processes.
