Van Cleef & Arpels, a high jewelry maison, is seeking a Retail Operations Intern for a 6-month full-time internship in Geneva, starting July 2025. You will support the development and implementation of retail initiatives while contributing to the operational excellence of our boutique teams.

You'll work within the International Retail Operations department, assist with retail digital transformation, tool development, and training across departments, with training provided in the Maison's history

Qualifikationen

• Student with keen interest in luxury retail and digital solutions.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and ready to propose innovative ideas.
• Meticulous with excellent priority management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Genuine passion for luxury and jewelry sector.

Aufgaben

• Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and develop tools for boutique teams.
• Participate in retail initiatives as part of our retail digital transformation.
• Support project managers to ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain and enhance digital retail tools and run user tests on new features.
• Facilitate other departments' understanding of retail tools and train staff.
• Create and promote operational excellence in boutiques while upholding the Maison's no-compromise value.
• Support continuous improvement of retail processes and bring new ideas to the table.
• Ensure boutiques have access to the right tools and content to operate smoothly.
• Support local teams worldwide in their Retail Operations projects.
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations community to implement projects and boutique tools, managing change effectively.
