Jaeger-LeCoultre in Geneva is seeking a 6-month Events Intern to support Event Project Managers in organizing international events. You will assist with supplier research, production follow-up, minutes, budgeting, and PowerPoint deliverables.

The role requires a Master’s student with project/events experience; familiarity with the luxury sector is a plus and English/French writing skills are essential. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

According to your affinity, you will join our departments for:

6 MONTHS INTERNSHIPS starting in AUGUST in GENEVA, SWITZERLAND.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

Within the department, your mission will be to assist the Event Project Managers in the organization of international events

• Pitch work (supplier research and selection) – furniture, hostess, catering, printer…
• Production follow-up
• Production and operation meetings minutes writing
• Budget work: anticipation of operation costs before event and landing
• PowerPoint presentations
• SAP Vendor profile creation

WHAT ABOUT YOU ?

• You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master) from August and you have a first experience in projects management and events. A first experience in the luxury industry, fine watchmaking and high jewellery knowledge is a plus.
• You are fluency in English and French including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are known for your strong organization, communication skills and you are oriented problem solving, while being flexible, efficient and stress resistant.
