• Minimum 8 years in Retail.
• At least 2 years in managerial roles in luxury Retail.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers with active shop-floor presence.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues in mother tongue and foreign languages.
• Guide sales operations and ensure selling ceremony aligns with guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set KPI-based goals and targets.
• Support events and trunk shows to recruit new customers and boost CRM actions.
• Ensure Visual Guidelines are implemented; coordinate displays.
• Update team on Brunello Cucinelli product and collections.
