Fusalp is seeking a hands-on Sales Associate for its Verbier boutique during the winter season. You will create a warm, personalised experience for every client and connect product recommendations with performance and style to drive sales.
The role requires English proficiency, a genuine commercial mindset, and reliability for a busy winter schedule with weekend and holiday shifts. French or other languages are a plus.
Founded in Annecy in 1952 by two master tailors, Fusalp has spent over 70 years redefining skiwear by combining technical innovation, exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
Today, Fusalp brings The Art of the Mountain to life across the world's most iconic mountain destinations and international cities. Our collections move seamlessly from the slopes to the city, guided by one conviction: performance and elegance should never be separated.
This role supports our Verbier team during the winter season, when the boutique welcomes a highly international clientele and trading intensity increases significantly.
For our Verbier boutique, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Associate who enjoys a fastpaced international environment and wants to contribute to both client experience and commercial performance.
Create a warm, personalised and memorable experience for every client.
Understand client needs and recommend products with confidence, combining style, performance and service.
Contribute actively to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and repeat business.
Develop strong product knowledge and share Fusalp's heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards.
Take part in all daily boutique operations: stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, cash handling and general organisation.
Winter in Verbier is fast-paced. Everyone contributes: sales, clienteling, stock, deliveries and boutique upkeep. This role suits someone who enjoys busy days, teamwork and direct client contact.
A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central.
English is required.
A genuine commercial mindset: you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards targets.
Reliability and the ability to commit fully to the winter season.
Availability to work a flexible retail rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
French or any additional language.
Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
Knowledge of ski, mountain lifestyle or performance apparel.
Seasonal 100% contract from December 2026 to the end of March 2027.
CHF 4,500 per month + bonus. The salary is flexible and may be adjusted based on the candidate’s profile, qualifications, and experience.
Product and client-experience training.
The opportunity to join an international luxury House in one of the Alps’ most iconic destinations.
