Job summary

Fusalp seeks an experienced Store Manager for the Aubonne boutique in Switzerland. You will lead a two-person sales team, drive sales, clienteling, and daily boutique operations with a strong focus on customer experience and commercial performance.

Expect hands-on leadership on the shop floor, recruiting and developing staff, managing stock and merchandising, and maintaining KPI-driven results. Fixed-term until 31 March 2027 with potential renewal; CHF 5,500 per month + bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in premium or luxury retail.
• Proven experience in a Store Manager or equivalent role.
• Fluent in French and English; weekend/peak trading availability.
• Hands-on, engaging leadership with strong coaching on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Aubonne boutique with full ownership of commercial performance and client experience.
• Drive sales, clienteling and KPI achievement; translate data into actions.
• Coach and develop the team on the shop floor and during operations.
• Oversee stock, visual merchandising, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain strong communication with the Country Manager and support teams.
• Ensure peak period coverage and a commercially focused environment.
