Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a senior F&B leader to shape and implement concepts across its hospitality portfolio. You will drive market positioning, revenue growth, and cost control while maintaining top-tier service and quality across venues.

With 8+ years of premium hospitality leadership, you will inspire Restaurant Managers, collaborate with People & Culture, and ensure guest satisfaction. Fluency in German and English (C1) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, upscale restaurants, resorts or lifestyle hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior F&B role with multi-outlet responsibility.
• Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Emotional intelligence, persuasiveness and stakeholder management.
• Strong guest orientation, attention to detail and quality focus.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, operational excellence and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent German and English, at least at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Co-shaping and implementing the F&B concepts across our entire hospitality portfolio
• Further developing concepts, innovation and market positioning of our venues
• Overall responsibility for revenue, profitability, budget, forecast and cost control
• Ensuring the highest service, product and quality standards across all venues
• Anchoring a guest-centric culture and strengthening our brand reputation
• Compliance with food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements
• Shared responsibility for procurement and supplier partnerships, and driving sustainability initiatives
• Leading, developing and inspiring our Restaurant Managers and leadership teams in partnership with People & Culture
