Zusammenfassung

Kulm Group invites an experienced Events Planning Manager to guide the planning journey from enquiry through to handover at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina.

You ensure accurate planning, coordination and flawless execution for gala dinners, weddings and high-profile events in the luxury segment. You lead end-to-end planning, coordinate with Banqueting, Kitchen, Rooms Division and Reservations, prepare contracts, BEOs and CRM entries, and coach the Events

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Events Management or Business Administration.
• At least three years of experience in hotel events, conference services or event planning.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Event Planning from enquiry through to operational handover.
• Guide clients through planning, inspections, amendments and follow-up.
• Prepare contracts, confirmations, BEOs and manage deposits/payments.
• Liaise with Banqueting, Kitchen, Rooms Division, Reservations, Revenue Management and Front Office.
