Badrutt's Palace Hotel St. Moritz Switzerland is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Service Leader for Paradiso Mountain Club. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, oversee daily operations in lounge and club, and ensure exceptional hospitality and service standards.

The role focuses on team development, event support, and flawless F&B presentation, with a hands-on approach in a premium mountain setting. Accommodation and meals are provided, with a structured five-day week and generous leave.

Aufgaben

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the service team and daily operations.
• Coordinate operations in both lounge and club to ensure outstanding service.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and delivery.
• Assist recruitment, training and development of the service team.
• Collaborate with Events and other departments for private functions and events.
• Contribute to reporting, cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
